Birthday Smiles

I made this card with a few challenges in mind.
The recipe is as follows: Doodlecharms cartridge
                                     Peachy Keen Funshine Faces
                                     Sew Easy-  pink thread
                                     Pink by Design- sentiment
                                     CB Folders- embossing on flowers
                                     Martha Stewart border Punch
                                    Paper is all from my stash ,not sure of company
