I made this card for the challenge over at
Flaunt it Fridays. This weeks challenge was to use the Twinkle Toes cart , if you didn't have this cart you could use another with similar cuts. Well... I don't have this cart so I used my Shall We Dance cart . I've had this one for many months but have never used it, so this was a great challenge for me to do. I cut the little dancer at 3.5in. and added black flocking to her tutu. I just love that stuff! The paper used is SU and DCWV and stamps used were Pink by Design and Peachy Keen. The black ribbon was pulled out of my stash.
