Party Hats and Balloons

The sketch I followed is from Cardabilities.  The balloons are cut at 1.5in using the Birthday Bash cart. The paper,stamps, and ink are all from Stampin Up. I used Jellibean twine for the balloon strings.

    I really love the colors on this card. (I am a big blue lover!). The ties on the balloon string is just perfect!

    I'm a HUGE Stampin' Up Fan so I Love the card and my favorite color is blue sooo that's 2 for 2! :o)
