Winner! Winner!

I have a winner for the What's New blog hop!!!
I used random.org to choose a number and it was 18 so the winner is...........

chignon said... Wow! The card is great, and now I am inspired to try the fancy folding :)
 Congratulations, Tina!!   I'm  excited ......, she just happens to be my SIL and my favorite scrappin buddy  so I'll get to hand  deliver her prize!!!
