Crafter in Training

 <---Crafter in Training!

Every year my God-daughter,Jenna, comes and spends a few days with us. She has 3 sisters at home so for her, she gets some great one on one and for me I get a young girl to spoil  a little:)  She usually comes with a list of what she wants to do and lucky for me crafting is always on that list.  Mmmm... such a good influence I am LOL!!   She wanted to make purses this time and  she also wanted to put them on the blog, so here they are. And being the evil aunt , that I am,  I made her be in the picture.  hee hee !!
We used the Forver Young and Hello Kitty cartridges.  The purses I cut at fit to page and the cheerleading kitty is at 3.5 in. I had her pick out the paper she wanted and she picked from  the DCWV stacks - Lace & Linen,Greem Tea, and Dots, Stripes & Plaid .
We did lots of other fun things together but I just gotta say, there really is nothing better then sharing your passion with someone who is so special in your life.  Love ya, Jenna!!

  2. Oh How cute! All the purses turned out great! It's so nice that the two of you get to spend quality time together! I use to do that with my nieces.... They are all grown up now and I have no sweet nieces to craft with anymore.... Enjoy this special time together! :o)
